I'm Violet, the author and illustrator of Flower Cats. I'm a high school student in Chicago and I spend my time writing and drawing. I've been drawing since I could hold a pencil. I love to draw animals, especially cats. I also read a lot of books and I play traditional Irish music on the button accordion. I have two cats and two dogs.
